Leadership, to me, is less about being the loudest person in the room than about helping a group move together. Across classrooms, student organizations, media teams, running communities, and sports, I have learned to coordinate people, build systems, create traditions, and make space for others to participate. These experiences shaped my voice not only as someone who leads, but as someone who listens, organizes, and helps ideas become collective action.

Led the first comprehensive constitutional revision of the Prefect Team — formalizing practices designed to outlast one leadership term. Missed assignments dropped from ~3/week to 1; class ranked 1st of 7 in the Campus Environment Evaluation. Organized 5 class birthdays, 3 off-campus trips, and the school's first netball tournament (4 faculty, 50+ players, 200+ spectators).
